Is landing page optimization a priority for you in 2014?
According to ExactTarget’s “2014 State of Marketing,” the top priority marketers have this year is increasing conversion rates, and landing pages are amongst the top 5 most used digital marketing channels. The latter statistic is a great sign that marketers are finally understanding the importance of using landing pages for paid advertising campaigns, but it’s interesting to see from the study that testing and optimization is a much lower priority in 2014 – which begs the question: are marketers getting the most from their landing pages to drive the one success metric on which they place the most importance?
