If you’ve outsourced your digital marketing activities (such as SEO, PPC advertising, social media, etc.) to an agency, then you know how much of an investment you’re making in that agency. Your company has hired them for their expertise in certain areas, and you’re paying them to deliver the best possible results based on your goals.
Because you’ve invested so much and would undoubtedly expect to see a positive return on that investment, it’s a really good time to reflect back on their performance and ask yourself this question. Are they actually delivering good results? Is their strategy in line with your goals? Are they actually still talking to you?
