Your company has hired them for their expertise in certain areas, and you’re paying them to deliver the best possible results based on your goals.
So how are they doing?
Because you’ve invested so much and would undoubtedly expect to see a positive return on that investment, it’s a really good time to reflect back on their performance and ask yourself this question. Are they actually delivering good results? Is their strategy in line with your goals? Are they actually still talking to you?
